The Royal Zanettos - George Pip Arthur Frank & Albert Bale - artistes of the golden age of music hall

About Me

I am the grand daughter of Pip Bale. The daughter of Leslie George and Constance Maud Perry. I remember my grandfather as a kind man, although I  can't quite rember my grandmother Lillian. i did visit them in Spencer Park, during WWII. I remember Pip shelling chestnuts for me with a small penknife he kept in his pocket. He was such a kind man.

I am the youngest child of Leslie George.

Thank you Jane for all the research work you have put into this history. I shall forever be grateful to you and to my other two cousins.. I'd love to hear from other Bales.

Hello Jacque,
It has been very interesting hearing from you and another interesting life story. Yet another piece of the mammoth jigsaw !.

Can you send me your email no., so I can send a reply to your email, as there isn't much space here ?
Also to send attachments.
I am well known for being a chatter box ! !.
You may be interested in seeing the Family Tree I did for the re-union, as unfortunately it won't enlarge on this site, but will normally.
It may help to place people.

You have some lovely pastimes I see. Pine needle baskets sounds intriguing.
I run a local art group now, but for years made wedding and bridesmaids dresses etc, until severe neck pain made me give up.

I also did floral art for 25 yrs. which entailed some huge exhibits for places like Wells Cathedral for the millenium and an RHS show in London, as well as table decorations for special occassion.

Warmest wishes,
